Leap Year 2024 is upon us and we thought it would be fun to think about some connections
between Leap Year and Christian Life Coaching.

Leap Year reminds us that life is full of unexpected opportunities, like an extra sunrise, an extra
sunset and an extra day. Just as Leap Year disrupts the regular rhythm of the calendar,

our comfort zones. It prompts us to take a leap of faith and embrace new possibilities the Lord
has provided.
Christian Life Coaching, like Leap Year, emphasizes the importance of making the most of the
time we have been given. In the Bible, the apostle Paul writes, "Be very careful, then, how you
live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity because the days are
evil." (Ephesians 5:15-16, NIV).
