"Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative, and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach's capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies."

What is Mentor Coaching?

About Our ICF-Accredited
Mentor Coaching Course

• Our course is designed to provide our students with additional coaching skills training and feedback by a PCC Credentialed Coach.

• It meets the ICF requirements of 10 mentor coaching hours

• Includes 7 weekly online group sessions

• Includes 3 individual mentor coaching sessions

Requirements for Our
Mentor Coaching Course

• Candidates on the ACC ACSTH and Portfolio application paths must document at least 10 hours of Mentor Coaching on their application.

• Mentor Coaching hours must occur over a three-month period or longer. Of the 10 hours of mentoring, 3 hours must be one-on-one training. The remaining 7 hours may be one-on-one or in a group.

• In order to register for our Mentor Coaching Program, candidates must have completed a minimum of 60 hours of Coach training.

Mentor Coaching Course

Schedule a 30-minute consultation call with Bonnie your instructor, prior to registering. After your scheduled call, you will receive a registration form to complete.

• Once registered, students will receive mentor coaching training from Bonnie, an ICF PCC Credentialed Coach and Owner of Center for Christian Coaching.

• Upon completion of the program, students will receive a certification documenting that they have completed our Mentor Coaching Course. This certificate can be shared with the ICF when applying for certification.
