Our Mentor Coaching Course

"Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative, and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach's capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies."

What is Mentor Coaching?

About Our ICF-Accredited
Mentor Coaching Course

• Our Christ-Centered Mentor Coaching Course is designed to provide coaches with the opportunity to strengthen their skills by taking a deeper dive into the ICF Core Competencies and best coaching practices. Your instructor, Bonnie Weiss, a PCC Level Coach, will provide individual feedback and encouragement.

• It is also designed for certified coaches who are pursuing their ACC Credential through the ICF. It meets mentor coaching requirements put forth by the ICF, which consists of 7 group training hours and 3 individual training hours spread out over 3 months.

• In order to register, you need to be a certified coach or have completed a minimum of 60 hours of coach training.

• Please note: Completing our Mentor Coaching Course does not automatically qualify you for the ICF ACC Credential. The ICF has additional requirements that you can read about here.

Requirements for Our
Mentor Coaching Course

• Candidates on the ACC Level 1 path must document at least 10 hours of Mentor Coaching on their application.

• Mentor Coaching hours must occur over a three-month period or longer. Of the 10 hours of mentoring, 3 hours must be one-on-one training. The remaining 7 hours will be in a small group setting.

• In order to register for our Mentor Coaching Course, candidates either must be a certified coach or have completed a minimum of 60 hours of coach training.

Please note: Completing our Mentor Coaching Course does not automatically qualify you for the ICF ACC Credential. The ICF has additional requirements that you can read about here.

Register Today for Our
Mentor Coaching Course

Schedule a 30-minute consultation call with Bonnie your instructor, prior to registering. After your scheduled call, you will receive a registration form to complete.

• Once registered, students will receive mentor coaching training from Bonnie, an ICF PCC Credentialed Coach and Owner of Center for Christian Coaching.

• Upon completion of the program, students will receive a certification documenting that they have completed our Mentor Coaching Course. This certificate can be shared with the ICF when applying for your credential.
