What is Mentor Coaching?
According to the International Coaching Federation:
"Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative, and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach's capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies."
About Our ICF-Accredited
Mentor Coaching
• Our Christ-Centered Mentor Coaching is designed to provide coaches with the opportunity to strengthen their skills by taking a deeper dive into the ICF Core Competencies and best coaching practices. Your instructor, Bonnie Weiss, a PCC Level Coach, will provide individual feedback and encouragement.

• It is also designed for certified coaches who are pursuing their ACC Credential through the ICF. It meets mentor coaching requirements put forth by the ICF, which consists of 7 group training hours and 3 individual training hours spread out over 3 months.
​
• In order to register, you need to be a certified coach or have completed a minimum of 60 hours of coach training.
​
• Please note: Completing our Mentor Coaching does not automatically qualify you for the ICF ACC Credential. The ICF has additional requirements that you can read about here.
Requirements for Our
Mentor Coaching
• Candidates on the ACC Level 1 path must document at least 10 hours of Mentor Coaching on their application.
​
• Mentor Coaching hours must occur over a three-month period or longer. Of the 10 hours of mentoring, 3 hours must be one-on-one training. The remaining 7 hours will be in a small group setting.
​
• In order to register for our Mentor Coaching, candidates either must be a certified coach or have completed a minimum of 60 hours of coach training.

Register Today for Our Mentor Coaching
• Schedule a 30-minute consultation call with Bonnie, your instructor, prior to registering. After your scheduled call, you will receive a registration form to complete.
​
• Once registered, students will receive mentor coaching training from Bonnie, an ICF PCC Credentialed Coach and Owner of Center for Christian Coaching.
​
• Upon completion, students will receive a certification documenting that they have successfully completed our Mentor Coaching. This certificate can be shared with the ICF when applying for your credential.
